What this service is

Cutoff Promise Checker is a promise mapper. It reads the dispatch cutoff, the carrier transit table, the origin and target postcodes and the date a customer needs a parcel, and returns a suburb by suburb verdict, a corrected cutoff clock, a fallback line and an audit of your own promise sentence. It is a decision aid. It does not take an order, charge a customer, ship a parcel or speak to a carrier on your behalf.

What it does not do

It does not guarantee a delivery date. Carrier transit times are published as estimates and exclude a guarantee, so every date the tool shows is an assumed arrival, never a promise the carrier must keep. It does not track a parcel, chase a carrier, refund a delivery fee, set your shipping rates, book a pickup or print a label. It does not read your live orders or your customer records.

Your inputs and your responsibility

You are responsible for the cutoff, the transit table and the postcodes you enter, and for confirming the carrier's current matrix before you treat a zone result as authoritative. The carrier table that ships with the page is a dated, carrier-published seed, not a live feed. Where a carrier publishes a range, the map uses the slower end, but the carrier still decides the day.

Billing

A paid plan is billed through Stripe in Australian dollars. The monthly plan is AUD 39 a month and the annual plan is AUD 390 a year, billed once. Cancel any time in the billing portal from your account page; access continues to the end of the paid period. Charges are via Stripe and The Art of Service Pty Ltd does not see or keep card details.

Availability and limits

The service is provided as it stands. The map is built in your browser from a table fixed at build time, so the same inputs give the same map, and a change to a carrier's published times needs the table to be refreshed. Saved records are held for you until you delete them, as the privacy page explains.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. If something here is unclear, write to support@theartofservice.com and we will answer plainly.
